With over 15 years experience of teaching yoga and many more practising, my driving force is to share the amazing gifts that yoga brings as widely as possible. Yoga is life-changing and should be accessible to everyone, you don’t need to be fit or flexible to derive great benefit from yoga.

True yoga doesn’t just change your body and improve your health, it changes who you are!

For me a good yoga class should create ease in both body and mind and that is what I strive to achieve for all of my students.

Yoga can also be a powerful therapeutic tool for those suffering from illness, injury or struggling with mental health issues. As a specialist teacher of yoga for chronic back pain, using the Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs programme, I have helped students avoid surgery, reduce or stop pain medication, feel empowered to take back control of their body and provided them with the tools to heal, strengthen and look after their back.
